**Key Responsibilities**:
Training Delivery:

- **Deliver Red Hat Training**: Conduct high-quality, instructor-led training sessions for students and professionals, focusing on Red Hat certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE, and other relevant Red Hat courses.
- **Prepare and Update Training Materials**: Develop and maintain course materials, exercises, and assignments to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest Red Hat technologies and best practices.
- **Student Support**: Provide mentorship and guidance to students, answer queries, and offer hands-on lab support to reinforce learning.
- **Assessments and Feedback**: Administer quizzes, assignments, and exams to assess student progress. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
- **Maintain Expertise**: Stay updated with the latest Red Hat technologies and industry trends to ensure training materials and teaching methods are relevant and effective.

Student Support:

- Provide personalized guidance and support to students during and after training sessions.
- Address students' questions and help them overcome challenges in learning Red Hat.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.

Course Preparation:

- Prepare detailed course materials including presentations, tutorials, and project guidelines.
- Ensure that all training resources and software setups are up-to-date and functional for each session.

Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, participation, and assessments.
- Collaborate with the institute's administration to schedule and plan training sessions.
- Participate in meetings with faculty to continuously improve the curriculum and training methods.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Red Hat technologies (RHEL, RHCSA, RHCE, Ansible, OpenShift, etc.).
- **Certification**: RHCSA, RHCE, or other relevant Red Hat certifications are preferred.
- **Teaching Skills**: Previous experience in teaching or training is a plus, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of Linux systems administration, system troubleshooting, and Red Hat tools and platforms.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to present material clearly and interact effectively with students.
