**Role Overview**

As a UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with our product and development teams to analyze the current user journey, identify pain points, and deliver high-fidelity design improvements. You will create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI mockups that align with our brand while ensuring seamless usability across devices.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct UX audit of existing mobile and web apps.
- Analyze user flows and recommend improvements to enhance usability and reduce friction.
- Redesign UI screens to give the app a modern, clean, and user-friendly look.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups for approval.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are feasible and implemented correctly.
- Provide style guidelines, assets, and design systems for consistency.
- Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate on designs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **UX/UI Designer** with a strong portfolio of web and mobile app projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as **Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD**.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and responsive design.
- Experience creating design systems, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail with a creative eye for modern UI trends.

**Nice-to-Have**
- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, or heuristic evaluations.
