Opportunity for Sales Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with customers for order placement, dispatches, and queries
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proforma invoices
- Liaise with production, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases
- Handle documentation related to domestic and export orders
- Assist sales team in lead tracking and follow-ups
- Communicate with clients to provide accurate and prompt information
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Track inventory availability and coordinate with stores/warehouse

**Key Skills Required**:
Good communication and coordination skills

Knowledge of sales processes and documentation

Familiarity with packaging/poly film industry will be a strong advantage

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Team player with strong organizational skills

**Qualifications**:
Graduate /Undergrad

2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry

Other details

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
