**Job Summary**:
The Executive - Admin & Stationery is responsible for the effective management of office administrative tasks with a primary focus on stationery and office supply coordination. The role ensures seamless day-to-day operations by maintaining stock levels, managing vendor relationships, coordinating procurement, and supporting broader office administration functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Stationery & Supplies Management**:

- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and stationery.
- Ensure timely procurement of items to avoid stockouts.
- Track usage and manage stock levels in an organized and cost-effective manner.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, purchase orders, and timely delivery.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and prepare usage reports.

**Vendor Management**:

- Identify and evaluate vendors for quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain healthy vendor relationships to ensure timely supply and service.
- Negotiate pricing and delivery terms to optimize expenses.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in day-to-day office administration activities, including office maintenance, housekeeping coordination, and courier services.
- Coordinate with IT and facility management for support issues related to admin services.
- Support organizing internal meetings and events (e.g., arranging materials, refreshments).

**Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate records of all purchases, invoices, and stock registers.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procurement guidelines.
- Assist with audits and internal checks related to administration.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and prioritize tasks.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in office administration and stationery management.
- Experience in vendor management and procurement is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
