**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
- Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms based on design principles and best practices.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that represent the end-to-end user experience.
- Conduct user research, including usability testing and feedback analysis, to iterate and improve designs.
- Create design elements, assets, and style guides for consistent branding and user experience.
- Work with developers to ensure the implementation of design elements is accurate and consistent with the design vision.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Experience with user research methods, including usability testing and user interviews.
- Good communication skills for presenting design concepts to stakeholders and team members.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate complex requirements into simple and engaging user experiences.
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
