**Position: Outsource Coordinator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, develop, and manage outsourcing vendors for fabrication, machining, assembly, and related activities.
- Plan and allocate outsourcing jobs in alignment with production schedules and deadlines.
- Monitor and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of outsourced materials/components.
- Ensure outsourced products meet company quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Purchase, Design, Quality) for smooth workflow.
- Maintain outsourcing records, vendor databases, and cost tracking.
- Negotiate with vendors for cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
- Resolve issues related to delays, rejections, or discrepancies with outsourced work.
- Prepare regular reports on outsourcing status, costs, and vendor performance.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or related field.
- **Minimum 2-3 years of experience in outsourcing/vendor coordination in a machinery manufacturing/engineering company.**:

- Strong knowledge of fabrication, machining, and assembly processes.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple vendors simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and reporting tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
