Role & responsibilities

1. Maintain sales force (SF)/MIS standards.

2. MIS reporting, MIS preparation

3. Create and manage salesforce reports, visualizations, and dashboards.

4. Be available for on - call support as needed

5. Processing and generating reports from data to assist in decision making

6. Act as a bridge between clients ans sales & marketing team.

7. Collect the documents from clients and validate as per company norms

8. Check MOM achievement with AOP target

9. Cross checking the new BPs registered in the CRM and map the sales to the respective sales member

10. Analysis of call report and present in the monthly MIS report

11. Generate daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc sales reports for management

12. Work closely with sales teams to gather feedback and provide data driven

13. Assist in sales target setting and performance evaluations

**Willing to work in rotational Week Offs.**

**Any Insurance, BPO & retail industries people only.**

**Should have experience in reports creation, Dashboards, Templates.**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
