**Job description:

- Back Office Executive**

Responsible for Compliance rated work. Experience will be required at least 1 Years More in the Financial Sector or Broking industries.

**Job Responsibilities as follows**

1. Monitor operational processes to ensure that the company complies with legal regulations and ethical standards.

2. Daily / Weekly / Monthly files upload, download, Submissions in Excel.

3. Active monitoring of files to avoid damages and penalties.

4. Coordinate between department heads and senior management. Conducts regular assessments and inspection.
- Proficiency in computer skills.

Knowledge: Secretarial Compliance (Companies Act, RBI NBFC, LLP)
- Knowledge of Exchange, SEBI, SCRA Compliances will be helpful

**Skills Required**:Analytical thinking, Good communication skills, Legal and moral integrity

**Certification**: Compliance related Certification to be completed within 3 months of Joining.

**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹25000 per month
