**Job description - Machine Shop in-charge**

Minimum 8 years of experience in Aerospace / Similar Manufacturing industry.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Is in charge of operators and setters and their operations
- To carry out the Machine Loading Plan provided by PPC department.
- Co-ordinate with quality department to solve technical issues to get customer approval

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Must be able to perfectly read and understand process drawings
- Should be apt in GD&T
- Process plan / manufacturing operations planning ability
- Must have worked with 5-Axis machines
- Must be able to handle man power.
- Production documents preparation, 5S activities and basic Cutting Tools & Fixtures knowledge
- Basic knowledge of 5-axis and Turn mill machines.

**Experience**:
Minimum 8 years of experience in Aerospace / Similar Manufacturing industry.

**Educational Background**:
Diploma/BTech in Mechanical/Aerospace/Production

**Preference**:
Work Experience in Aerospace / DMG MORI, HEIDENHAIN experience/ Simultaneous 5 Axis
