**JOB SUMMARY**:

- Process and machining knowledge,
- Machine drawing understanding
- Manual Cost work.
- Process reduction and Process improvement.
- Supplier development and follow-up
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machining & Production Oversight**
- Supervise machining operations (CNC, VMC, conventional machines, etc.)
- Allocate work to operators based on job priority and machine availability
- Ensure production targets and part tolerances are met as per design

Tooling & Quality
- Review drawings and ensure proper tool selection and fixture setups
- Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Maintain quality documentation and non-conformance records

Shop Management
- Plan raw material availability and monitor work progress
- Maintain 5S and safety protocols in the machine shop
- Coordinate with planning, design, and stores teams for job scheduling

Team & Training
- Guide and train machine operators, conduct technical briefings
- Monitor operator performance and provide feedback
- Ensure skill development and adherence to SOPs

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of machining processes (turning, milling, drilling, tapping)
- Ability to read GD&T and engineering drawings
- Experience with precision measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometre, height gauge)
- Leadership, team management, and production planning
- Basic ERP usage and reporting skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
