Currently we are looking for Data Entry Operator

**Position: Data Entry Operator**
**Qualification: Any Graduate**

**Experience: 2+ years**

**Location: Ghansoli**
**Duration: 6 months & Extendable**
**Payroll: Bonace Engineer Pvt Ltd**

**Job Description:PR to PO Cycle**
1. Preparation of LOC
2. Printing of LOC and distribution after signature.
3. Preparation of PO Annexure
4. Taking print outs of POs/Annexures
5. Getting PO release at difference Approval levels
6. Preparation of Final PO, Sign-off and Courier the PO Copy to Vendor
7. Receipt and Maintain Record for PO Acceptance from Vendor
8. Prepare and maintain PO files.
9. PO backup upload in DMS
**PO to Delivery/Work Completion Cycle**
1. Receipt of Dispatch Documents from Buyer/Vendor
2. Maintain DMS for dispatch documents in SAP
3. Preparation of ASN in myportal for import shipments.
4. Maintain FF details, Approval of ASN at Buyer / Expeditor Level
5. Coordinate with EXIM for necessary approval
6. Issuance of ASN, Routing Order, SCN to Buyer
7. Receipt of shipping documents and maintain records
8. Handover of Original Shipping Documents to EXIM Team for Custom Clearance
**PO to Payment Cycle**
1. Receipt of Invoice from Vendor/Buyer for Advance / Supply Payments
2. Forward Invoices and supporting Accounts Team with P12, IOM, P13 forms
3. Preparation and Updating MIS during PR to Pay Cycle.
