**Position Summary**: As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing KIMIRICA’s brand presence by collaborating with influencers and content creators. You’ll assist in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns, fostering relationships, and promoting our products across digital platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Identify and Research Influencers**:

- Research and identify relevant influencers, bloggers, and content creators aligned with KIMIRICA’s brand values.
- Evaluate their reach, engagement, and authenticity.

**2. Campaign Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate product collaborations, gifting, and sponsored content.

**3. Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate positive relationships with influencers through effective communication.
- Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content.

**4. Content Review**:

- Review influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with KIMIRICA’s brand guidelines.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.

**5. Performance Tracking**:

- Monitor campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Prepare reports on influencer campaign effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Passion for beauty, lifestyle, and self-care.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
