About the role:
We are looking for enthusiastic Delivery Executives to join our team. As a Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers within the given time frame. You will be required to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick up orders from the warehouse and deliver them to customers. **Ensure the safe and timely delivery of products to customers. **Verify the product details with the customer before delivery. **Collect payment from customers for cash on delivery orders. **Update the status of each delivery in the Flipkart app. **Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle. **Follow all traffic rules and regulations while driving. **Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively. **Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10th standard pass **Valid driving license and a two-wheeler vehicle ** Good communication skills in Hindi or English **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ** Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays **Familiarity with the local geography and roads ** Ability to use a smartphone and the Flipkart app **Prior experience in delivery or logistics will be an added advantage**

Measures of success:

- Timely and accurate delivery of products to customers **High customer satisfaction ratings ** Low number of customer complaints **Efficient use of time and resources**

Key relationships:

- Warehouse staff
- Customers
- Customer support team

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
