**Role: SALES EXECUTIVE (PHONE)**
**Role Definition**
Responsible for interacting with potential customers by talking over phone and/or engaging through chat on various platform like whatsapp, messenger etc; with the goal of increasing sales.
**Responsibility Deliverable**
- Receive Incoming Calls: Receive incoming calls professionally and enthusiastically. Provide the information requested, ensure clear communication, and take the customer to the next level of engagement.
- Outbound Calls:
- Follow Up calls to ensure customer visits / takes the next step.
- Calling prospects who have engaged through other platforms.
- Calling leads generated through various marketing initiatives.
- Calling existing customers/ old customers/ individuals who have shown interest in the past to generate business.
**Tasks & Activities**
- Sales Pitch: Deliver a compelling sales pitch, highlighting the features and benefits of the products or services being offered. Adjust the pitch according to the needs and interests of the prospect to increase the chances of a positive response.
- Customer Queries: Address customer queries and concerns effectively, providing accurate and relevant information about the products or services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, which may include sales revenue, lead conversion rates, call volumes, and other performance metrics set by the organization.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database with new information gathered during calls and ensure data accuracy.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team or other departments to relay important customer feedback, insights, and potential opportunities for improvement.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
