**Responsibilities**:
Ø Formulate new **Neem oil-based pesticides**, **biopesticides**, and **agrochemicals** in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Ø Analyze the quality of raw materials and finished products using various analytical techniques.

Ø Develop and validate analytical methods for product testing and quality control.

Ø Improve production processes to increase efficiency and yield while maintaining product quality.

Ø Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines in the laboratory and production areas.

Ø Collaborate with other Departments such as Production, Quality control, and Regulatory affairs to achieve company goals and objectives.

Ø Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and observations.

Ø Troubleshoot and solve technical problems related to the manufacturing process.

Ø Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in neem oil-based pesticides, bio pesticides, and agrochemicals.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
