**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create cohesive branding elements and graphics.
- Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions to develop fresh concepts for marketing campaigns.
- Help with photo editing, retouching, and preparing assets for final production.
- Ensure designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and meet project specifications.
- Provide design support on various projects as needed, including layout, typography, and illustration work.
- Help organize and manage design files and assets within the team’s shared library.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or recent graduate).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant design software.
- A basic understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented attitude.
- A portfolio of design work (personal or academic projects) showcasing your skills and creativity.
