**Position 1 : Quality Control Executive**

**Position 2 : Quality Assurance Executive**

**Job location: Taloja, Navi Mumbai**

**Experience required: 5-12 years**

**Educational Qualification**:BSC/MSC/BE/BTECH- Chemical/Chemistry

**Job type: Permanent**

**Working days**:Mon-Sat

**Work timing**:9AM-6PM

**Role for Quality Control Executive**
- Sampling and analysis of raw material, Packing material, in-process samples, finished goods samples, stability study samples.
- Should handle instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, Polarimeter, FTIR, KF, Auto titrator, MP apparatus.
- Calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments
- Knowledge about Good laboratory practices.
- Knowledge about handling OOS, Laboratory incidents.
- Knowledge about handling OOC.
- Trouble shooting of lab. instruments.
- Preparation of specifications, method of analysis & SOPs.

**Role for Quality Assurance Executive**:

- Preparation & Up-gradation of SOP, Specifications.
- Preparation & Up-gradation of Routine Validation Protocol & Reports.
- Performing assigned Validation task.
- Handling Change control, Deviation.
- Handling OOS, market complaints and CAPA
- Maintain the Records of BMR, BPR, Batch Inspection Documents.
- Maintain Quality Management System.
- Preparation and Review of Annual product quality review.
- Perform internal audit
- Handling customer audits, Regulatory audits
- Qualification of instruments/ Equipment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
