**Job Description**:
What you will do
Develop/maintain 3rd party suppliers to support FSP(FS) business. To find proper suppliers with high quality product, with competitive price and excellent service, to seek continuous cost saving, target to support business growth and win in the market.
How you will do it
To seek continuous cost saving include but not limit with localization, annual price negotiation, VAVE, supplier integration, material replacement, and support special offer negotiation basing on specific project requirement.
Representative procurement for NPI/VAVE of FSP(FS) products, responsible for potential supplier survey/audit/final supplier selection/RFQ, and the negotiation of price/ terms and conditions/contract, and ensure the proper resource support from suppliers to meet project schedule.
To pursue best TWC with suppliers by payment terms, supply chain financing, payment ways etc.
To collaborate with local supplier to support global business if needed.
To organize supplier performance evaluation and drive improvements if required.
To provide operation support as request from operation department, drive supplier to meet internal customer expectations and solve crisis related to suppliers
To resolve critical supply issue to avoid customer complaint.
What we look for
Proven at least 5-8 years’ working experience in sourcing, especially in categories of steel fabrication, Cylinder, valve/ actuator, hose, Chemicals, electronic parts.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering is highly desired.
Be familiar with SAP or similar system, Excel, PPT.
Strong verbal and written English skills good communication skills with an ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders on an international level.
Time management and sense of urgency Be flexible for changes and new request, be proactive Be able to work under pressure Integrity first.
