**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms.
- Conduct thorough audience research and targeting to ensure campaigns reach the right demographics.
- Create compelling ad copy and visual content that aligns with client goals and brand guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce engaging and effective ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed reports on performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Meta advertising and digital marketing.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget constraints while maximizing results.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns of D2C brand.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and other relevant advertising tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad content.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in Meta advertising (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
