Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical & Aesthetic Treatments:

- Perform aesthetic procedures, including laser treatments, chemical peels, facials, blood withdrawal for micro-needling, PRP therapy, and other advanced skincare procedures.
- Assist in injectables such as Botox, dermal fillers, and mesotherapy (if certified and authorized).
- Assess client concerns, conduct skin and hair consultations, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, following clinic protocols and industry best practices.

Client Care & Education:

- Provide professional pre
- and post-treatment care instructions to clients.
- Ensure clients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their treatment plans.
- Follow up with clients to track progress and address any concerns.
- Offer expert skincare advice and recommend suitable products and services.

Operational Support:

- Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.
- Assist with inventory management and product restocking.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance the client experience.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and treatment techniques.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with valid certification.
- Certification in aesthetic procedures such as laser treatments, injectables, and advanced skincare.
- Minimum [X] years of experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or a medical spa setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to promote clinic services and products.
- Attention to detail and commitment to client safety and satisfaction.
