Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Skin Therapist located in Bengaluru. The Skin Therapist will be responsible for providing various skin care treatments, including hair removal and cosmetology services. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients about their skin care needs, performing treatments, recommending skin care products, and ensuring high standards of customer service. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a clean and safe work environment and contributing to sales by promoting services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed skin analyses and consultations

Perform treatments like facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and body treatments

Recommend skincare products/regimens tailored to client goals

Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitization

Keep accurate client records & stay updated with latest skincare techniques

Qualifications:

Certification/Diploma in Esthetics, Cosmetology, or related field

Valid license to practice as a skin therapist/esthetician

Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments
