**Key Responsibilities**:

- Installation, testing, and commissioning of rooftop solar power systems.
- Electrical wiring, conduit installation, and panel mounting.
- Assist in inverter, solar panel, and structure installation.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar plants.
- Troubleshoot system issues at customer sites.
- Coordinate with the project and operations team for site activities.
- Ensure site work complies with safety and quality standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical.
- 1-3 years of experience in rooftop solar installation & maintenance preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, inverters, and safety standards.
- Ability to work on rooftops and handle field work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
