ABOUT THE JOB
Get Me Rank (GMR) is seeking a data driven, detail oriented, self starter Creative Strategist with a background in growth marketing to join our team. As a Creative Strategist you will bridge the gap between design and data to produce paid advertising assets that scale.
You will lead client creative strategy, become the in-house expert in data-driven creative strategy and best practices, and manage creative projects throughout the entire production and reporting process. You will be responsible for driving ROI and scale improvements via creative for some of the best ecommerce companies.
- Developing and implementing creative testing strategies across multiple clients that successfully drive clients’ KPIs improvements.
- Advise clients and GMR account teams on direct-response creative best practices in order to meet clients’ business objectives
- Develop monthly creative testing calendars, track performance of weekly creative experiments and work with GMR creative team to create assets (5-8 scripts/week)
- Recommend campaign testing structure within paid media platforms best suited to creative experiments
- Own projects from kickoff to delivery. Managing the production timelines and expectations between account teams, clients and creators for owned projects.
- Serve as QA for all owned creative production cycles before sharing with account teams and clients.
- Understanding and defining the aspects of a Brand that will most connect with a consumer’s needs, and using that information to create ads that grab their attention.
- Recognizing trends in the data that highlight opportunities to improve creative and solve weaknesses in the funnel.
- Creative Casting: sourcing influencers for campaigns we sell in and partnering with them to create engagement driving content.
- Creative Direction: ensuring influencers and internal teams follow through on client approved creative to successful fruition.
- Analyzing competitor ads and finding ways to adapt internet trends
- Develop insights and deep analysis of creative performance across multiple platforms, and use insights to inform future creative decisions
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Outstanding communication skills
- Deep understanding of paid social acquisition and direct-response creative best practices
- Strong pre-production skills including scripting and planning
- Understanding of creative production, software, and terminology
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Desire to collaborate with internal teams and clients
- Strong project management skills
- Hands-on experience using analytical tools ie Google Sheets, Excel, Facebook Ads Manager, Google analytics
- Thought leader on how creative is becoming the biggest lever in paid social acquisition strategies
- Some design or production experience (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc)
- Can combine creativity and analytics with the ability to convert into a story
- Innate curiosity and ability to adapt + be flexible, whether with new tools, platforms, processes, etc.
- You’re incredibly passionate about the Direct-To-Consumer space
- You love to push the boundaries of creative thinking and content
REMUNERATION
- 25K - 45k in hand (Depending upon interview performance)
