- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Superior product knowledge.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
- **Credit Risk Assessment**: Evaluate a client’s credit status, ensuring appropriate credit limits are set and maintained.
- **Debt Collection Management**: Proactively manage overdue accounts, implementing effective debt recovery procedures and following up with clients as needed.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Liaise with customers to ensure timely payments and build strong relations to facilitate ongoing business.
- **Financial Reporting**: Provide regular reports on receivables and overdue accounts to senior management.
- **Cash Flow Optimisation**: Collaborate with finance teams to forecast cash flow and mitigate risk associated with credit exposure.
- **Legal Compliance**: Ensure all credit activities comply with relevant legislation and internal protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
