**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the procurement of required products and items at the best possible rate without compromising the quality.
- Work closely with internal teams to find alternate suppliers to strengthen the supply chain.
- Establish a stable supplier base that will allow for consistent availability of all products.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for procurement of materials and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet demand.
- Analyze supply chain data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Coordinate with various departments to forecast demand and plan procurement activities accordingly.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to procurement and supply chain activities.

**Requirements**:

- Post graduation in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical abilities.
