**Key Responsibilities**:
**EPF and ESI Management**:

- Prepare and file EPF and ESI challans.
- Handle EPF and ESI portals effectively.
- Ensure compliance with EPF and ESI regulations.
- Resolve employee grievances related to EPF and ESI.

**Attendance and Employee Data Management**:

- Manage attendance records efficiently.
- Maintain and update employee data systematically.

**Labour Law Compliance and Returns Filing**:

- File necessary returns under labor laws.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable labour law regulations.

**Employee Lifecycle Management**:

- Handle joining formalities, including documentation and on boarding processes.
- Maintain complete records for all employees.

**Advanced Excel and Google Sheets Expertise**:

- Create and manage reports using advanced Excel features.
- Utilize Google Sheets for real-time collaboration and data analysis.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in payroll management with a focus on EPF and ESI compliance.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage employee grievances with a problem-solving approach.

**Eligibility**:

- This position is based in Okhla, Delhi.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
