Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with at least 2 years of experience in human resources management. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, statutory compliance (EPF, ESI), and general HR operations while ensuring a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Maintain and update employee master data, attendance, and leave records.

Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in salary computation.

Handle EPF, ESI, and other statutory compliances — employee registration, monthly challan generation, and submission.

Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.

Manage performance appraisal, employee engagement, and grievance handling processes.

Draft, update, and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Prepare and maintain all HR reports, letters, and documentation.

Support training and development initiatives and maintain attendance logs for compliance.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of HR experience (Generalist or HR Operations).

Minimum graduate degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

Sound knowledge of EPF, ESI, payroll, and statutory compliance processes.

Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and labor law basics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
