**Operations Coordinator Responsibilities**:

- Source high-quality materials and components for kitchen equipment manufacturing.
- Establish relationships with reliable suppliers for timely delivery and competitive pricing.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to optimize procurement processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers based on their requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure pricing accuracy.
- Ensure feasibility of proposed solutions and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with quotes and address any concerns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage financial documents including invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to reconcile transactions.
- Collect pricing and service information from potential outsourcing partners.
- Evaluate outsourcing options based on quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
- Facilitate communication between outsourcing partners and internal teams.
- Plan and coordinate the logistics of equipment delivery, installation, and service calls.
- Liaise with transportation providers to schedule shipments and optimize delivery routes.
- Monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time arrivals and address logístical challenges.
