- **Providing customer service**: Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- **Receiving and distributing mail and packages**: Handling logistics efficiently.
- **Operating office equipment**: Utilizing tools like photocopiers and printers.
Skills Required:
