**Job Title**: Office Assistant
**Location**: Andheri
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Meal Preparation**: Plan and prepare daily meals for staff and guests, including breakfast, lunch, and special dietary options as needed.
- **Office Refreshments**: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages (coffee, tea, smoothies, etc.) and light snacks for office staff and visitors throughout the day.
- **Menu Planning**: Assist in developing and rotating meal menus, ensuring variety, balance, and dietary requirements are considered.
- **Food Inventory Management**: Maintain kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and managing food stock to ensure freshness and availability.
- **Kitchen Organization and Cleanliness**: Keep the kitchen area clean and organized, following food safety and sanitation standards. Regularly clean kitchen appliances, counters, and utensils.
- **Meal Presentation**: Present meals and snacks in an aesthetically pleasing and appetizing manner, ensuring quality and consistency.
- **Special Events**: Assist with the preparation and catering of office events, meetings, and company gatherings when required.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, ensuring proper handling and storage of food.
**Skills**:
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special dietary needs (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free).
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
