Project Management & Supervision:

- **Ensuring compliance**:They ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, budgets, and all relevant safety and building regulations.
- **Quality control**:They inspect work, ensuring it meets quality standards and project requirements.
- **Problem-solving**:They identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project, ensuring it stays on track.
- **Documentation**:They maintain accurate records, including worker time, project progress, and incident reports.

Safety and Security:

- **Implementing safety protocols**:They establish and enforce safety rules, procedures, and regulations for all personnel on site.
- **Conducting inspections**:They regularly inspect the site for potential hazards and ensure they are addressed.
- **Providing safety training**:They educate workers about safety procedures and best practices.
- **Responding to emergencies**:They are prepared to handle emergencies and implement appropriate safety protocols.

Communication and Collaboration:

- **Communicating with stakeholders**:They effectively communicate with project managers, architects, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and keep everyone informed.
- **Managing conflict**:They address any conflicts or issues that may arise within the team.
- **Leading and motivating**:They lead and motivate the team, ensuring everyone is working towards the same goals.
- **Training and development**:They may provide training and mentorship to workers, helping them develop their skills.

Other Responsibilities:

- **Managing materials**: They may be responsible for managing the delivery and storage of construction materials.
- **Managing workforce**: They may be responsible for hiring, managing, and evaluating staff.
- **Subcontractor management**: They may oversee the work of subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
