**Job Title**: MS SQL Server DBA
**Location**: Chennai (Onsite)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and upgrade SQL Server databases.
- Monitor and optimize database performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
- Develop and implement robust backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans.
- Manage database security, access controls, and user permissions.
- Perform query optimization and index management to improve performance.
- Handle database migrations, upgrades, and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with development teams to provide database support and solutions.

**Requirements**:

- **5+ years of experience** in MS SQL Server database administration.
- Expertise in performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of backup and recovery strategies and tools.
- Experience with replication, clustering, and high availability solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Work Mode**: Onsite in Chennai

Pay: ₹811,992.20 - ₹2,045,295.49 per year
