**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Executive specializing in hardware and software to join our IT team. The IT Executive will be responsible for managing the organization's hardware and software infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for technology and a track record of driving results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware systems, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely resolution to minimize downtime and disruption.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures related to hardware and software usage, security, and compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of hardware and software solutions and support services.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance the organization's IT capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives, such as system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize hardware and software tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing hardware and software infrastructure in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of hardware components, peripherals, and networking technologies.
- Proficiency in deploying and administering operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
