**Job Title: Amazon Account Manager - Electronics**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Marketplace Operations**:
Manage daily operations on Amazon for **electronics and mobile accessories**, specifically chargers and related products, using both **Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA)** and **Fulfilled by Merchant (FBF)** models.
- **Product Listings Management**:
Create, update, and optimize **single**, **bulk**, and **variation listings** for electronic products, ensuring detailed specifications, compatibility information, and keyword optimization for maximum visibility and compliance.
- **Returns & SAFE-T Claims**:
Handle **returns**, file and manage **SAFE-T claims**, and follow up for reimbursements, especially for high-value electronic items.
- **Campaigns & Promotions**:
Plan and execute **advertising campaigns**, **Lightning Deals**, **coupons**, and category-specific promotions to drive sales and enhance brand visibility in a competitive market.
- **Brand Registry & Operational Execution**:
Manage **Brand Registry** tasks and ensure smooth operational execution across listings, shipments, and inventory levels.
- **Payment Reconciliation**:
Monitor settlement reports, reconcile **payments**, and identify discrepancies related to the electronics category (e.g., refunds for returned items, FBA fees, promotional charges).
- **Category Performance Analysis**:
Analyze **sales trends**, **conversion rates**, **customer feedback**, and **competitor pricing** in the electronics/chargers segment to optimize listings and pricing strategy.
- **Compliance & Specifications**:
Ensure all listings comply with **Amazon electronics category policies**, including certifications, voltage specs, product safety standards, and GST documentation.
- **Excel-Based Reporting**:
Use **Microsoft Excel** for data analysis, reporting, inventory tracking, and payment reconciliation.
**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum **4 years of experience** managing Amazon seller accounts in the **electronics or mobile accessories** category.
- Deep knowledge of **Amazon Seller Central**, **FBA/FBF**, and electronic product listing standards.
- Experience managing **returns**, **claims**, **campaigns**, and **promotions** for tech-related products.
- Strong proficiency in **Excel** and comfort with analyzing data and marketplace metrics.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of handling fast-paced marketplace dynamics.
- Understanding of **charging product specifications**, compatibility requirements, and customer expectations in the electronics space.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
