Pre-Sales Executive (2-3 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and bid on potential projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other relevant portals.

2. Communicate with prospective clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.

3. Prepare proposals, estimates, and other necessary documentation to support project acquisition.

4. Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.

5. Convert leads into projects by effectively pitching services and negotiating terms.

6. Maintain a database of bids, leads, and conversions, and generate regular progress reports.

7. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

**Required Skills**:

- 1. Strong experience in bidding and lead generation on portals like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3. Ability to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.

4. Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.

5. Familiarity with IT services and solutions, including web development, app development, and SaaS products.

Preferred Skills:

- 1. Basic understanding of project management and SDLC.

2. Ability to create detailed proposals and technical documentation.
