Digital Marketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our website and generate leads/sales.
- Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve website visibility and rankings on search engine results pages (SERPs).
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing, including new tools, platforms, and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 or more year of experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create high-quality content for digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
