**Job Description**:

- Manage the daily operations of the game, including backend configuration, quality assurance, and live environment handling (bugs, hacks and operational evaluation)
- Ensure a seamless in-game experience by configuring backend systems and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve product related concerns effectively.
- Conduct regular quality assurance and testing before the game goes live to deliver a zero-error experience for players.

Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates or professionals with 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field (preferably in tech companies).
- Passion for gaming, with basic knowledge of the gaming industry - familiarity with shooting games is a plus.
- Fluent in English and at least one other local language.
- Strong attention to detail and experience in handling meticulous tasks.
- Excellent logical and critical thinking skills to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
