Assist in maintaining accurate financial records for the company, including daily entries into the accounting system.
- Help prepare and process financial transactions such as invoices, payments, receipts, and general ledger entries.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable by processing vendor invoices and ensuring timely payment.
- Assist in managing accounts receivable by sending out client invoices, following up on overdue payments, and maintaining payment records.
- Ensure that all payments are correctly recorded and accounted for in the financial system.
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and balanced.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in bank statements or cash accounts.
- Prepare and assist in generating financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Provide necessary financial data to senior management for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure that all financial documents, including receipts, invoices, contracts, and statements, are filed accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Organize and maintain financial records, ensuring they are easily accessible for audits or reviews.
- Assist in gathering financial information for tax preparation and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Help ensure that all financial transactions adhere to legal requirements and company standards.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries, payment status, and financial transactions.
- Assist in handling any financial issues that may arise with clients or suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets.
- Provide financial data and insights for accurate financial forecasting.
- Support the finance team in tracking and managing real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, sales, and leasing agreements.
- Assist in financial due diligence related to real estate investments and transactions.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed, including handling correspondence, filing reports, and maintaining financial databases.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
