Pococare’s mission is to redefine medical emergency response in India. Currently, 90% of people do not get medical attention on time. Our movement is about reducing this to at least 50% in the next 3 years. We are manging operation across India and our head office is based out of Bangalore. We help people to become emergency ready and also manage their emergencies by helping them booking an Ambulance, ensure quick patient pickup & drop at the hospital & also providing doctor consultation.Thus help saving the life during the crucial golden hour.

**About the role**:
This position, Call Centre Executive (CCE) will be reporting to the Team Leader Operation & primary responsibility of the position is to manage the Inbound & Outbound calls.

**Responsibilities**:

- Primary responsibility of the CCE is to manage the Inbound & Outbound calls.
- Collect Beneficiary/ Caller data over the phone
- Identify the nearest Ambulance by mapping the patient location.
- Allocate the nearest Ambulances immediately.
- Track the Ambulance, ensure safe patient pickup & safe drop of the patient to hospital.
- Coordinate with the Ambulance drivers until the entire process flow gets completed.
- Tag the calls in CRM based on the Call type mentioned in the system.
- Send emergency alert messages to emergency contacts of the beneficiary.
- Maintain the Call Quality and organisation protocols.
- Full time engagement with Poco Care.
- Graduate from Bio
- Science background will be preferred.
- Should be open to work in Work in shift duty (Rotational shift) as it is 24x 7 Call Centre.
- Open to work from office.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
