We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to drive the growth of our online presence, enhance the customer experience, and optimize the performance of our e-commerce platform.
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. E-commerce Strategy & Sales Growth**:
- Develop strategies to drive online traffic, increase conversion rates, and grow sales.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, customer acquisition, and retention, and use insights to optimize performance.
- Work with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and special offers.
**2.Product Management & Merchandising**:
- Oversee and optimize the product listings, ensuring all descriptions, images, and pricing are aligned with SEO best practices and brand standards.
- Coordinate with the design and product teams to ensure timely product launches and manage seasonal catalog updates.
- Manage product merchandising on the website to promote new arrivals, best-sellers, and limited-time offers.
**3. Customer Experience & Support**:
- Ensure a seamless online shopping experience by overseeing website functionality and optimizing the purchasing process.
- Respond to customer feedback and work to improve customer satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to increase customer engagement, including personalized recommendations and Wishlist features.
**4. Inventory & Order Management**:
- Oversee inventory levels, ensure timely reordering, and manage stock availability.
- Coordinate with warehousing and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
**5. Digital Marketing & SEO**:
- Work with the digital marketing team to plan and execute SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns tailored to the jewelry market.
- Analyze data to optimize marketing efforts and improve overall product visibility.
**6. Data Analytics & Reporting**:
- Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to drive decisions on product listings, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer trends, and market insights.
- Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights to maintain competitiveness.
**7. Team Leadership & Collaboration**:
- Manage a team of e-commerce associates, designers, and customer service staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to achieve business goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BA), Commerce (BCOM), or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Relevant experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry, with a proven ability to drive sales and optimize e-commerce operations.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of the jewelry industry and consumer trends.
**-Additional Qualifications**:
- Experience with digital advertising and social media marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
