Our focus is to connect with property owners in the United States and Canada, assessing their interest in selling and securing favorable agreements. We are looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as Outreach Callers. **Position Overview**: The Outreach Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective property owners, engaging them in conversation, and booking appointments with interested sellers. This role requires at least 2-3 years of previous cold calling or telecalling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow scripts effectively. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Make Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to property owners in the USA and Canada during EST time zone working hours.
- Engage Prospects: Build rapport and engage property owners in conversation to assess their interest in selling properties.
- Follow Pre-Approved Scripts: Use structured scripts to maintain professionalism and consistency during calls.
- Schedule Appointments: Book appointments for the acquisition team with property owners who show interest in selling.
- Record Keeping: Update CRM tools or spreadsheets with accurate call details, including property owner information and call outcomes.
- Handle Objections: Confidently manage objections and redirect complex queries to the acquisition team when necessary.
- Meet Performance Goals: Consistently achieve daily and weekly call targets while ensuring high-quality conversations. **Required Qualifications**:
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar outbound calling role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Time Zone Flexibility: Comfortable working during EST time zone hours.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, call tracking tools, and basic spreadsheet management.
- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets in previous roles.
- Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to achieve targets. **Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in real estate or property acquisition outreach (preferred but not mandatory).
