**Overview**:
NextPage IT Solutions is looking for an energetic and motivated female Telecaller to join our team. The role will involve cold calling potential clients in the US, using a system like Skype to secure a US phone number for outreach. You will work closely with our sales and project management teams to schedule initial discovery calls with prospects. This is a full night-time position, ideal for someone comfortable working US business hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make cold calls to a list of companies and contacts provided in a spreadsheet.
- Use Skype or similar systems to secure a US number for outbound calls.
- Engage with potential clients to introduce NextPage IT Solutions and its services.
- Schedule initial discovery calls with prospects for the sales and project management teams.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and client interactions.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication with the internal team.
- Coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure smooth scheduling of meetings.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work night shifts to align with US time zones.
- Experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in the US market.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Skype or similar communication systems.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic knowledge of IT services and business processes is a plus.

**Work Schedule**:

- Night shift (aligning with US business hours).
- Monday to Friday.
