Reports can be generated from SAP of new SOC’s.
- Prepare Production Planning after analysing SOC / Sales forecast / Stock Soc’s.
- Based on analysis prepare plan for production in - House & Job Work, depends on availability of production capacity. The MSL stock (if any) in hand should be consider while preparing plan.
- Based on SOC analysis & review of existing pending schedule. Prepare the dispatch schedule and forward to Mktg and other concern dept. within in 24 hrs for receipt of SOC.
- Based on the planning release Job card form SAP to respective workstations i.e. production / packing / assembly etc.
- Resource allocation - Need to make plan of all resource which required as per sales plan to like Manpower, Material, mould and machine as per production, checking and dispatch plan.
- Allocation of manpower on all secondary or post operation process like checking and packing leak testing machine, Auto & Manual wadding, dispatches and other operations.
- Capture data from In-house & JW & Prepare report for morning meeting. Discuss the said report with AGM before meeting. Also, participate in meeting for daily meeting and attending the meeting.
- Co-ordinate with respective workstation to ensure required material has been released on designated machines / JW as per plan

- ordinate with production team / Marketing Team to ensure that schedule is adhered to and adjust plans as necessary to accommodate any changes or delays.
- The necessary entries in SAP to be done against receipt for material for In-house Production or Job wok against Job cards.

- Ordinate with Operation head to ensure the daily targets of production / packing / assembly gets meet
- Ensure that planed schedule of production and dispatch are meet on time.
- Review pending SOC on daily basis.
- Activity base required manpower planning should be prepare & should be share with operation Head & HR.
- Coordinate with labour contractor regarding daily manpower requirements and make reports of manpower efficiency.

**Documents & Reports: -**

1) Need to maintain record of all Running SOC and Job card with closer date.

2) Need to maintain Production our put reports of all In-house production & Job work production.

3) Need to maintain Dispatch report - customer wise.

4) Need to maintain BOM, Product Master, Mould master, Machine master related to each & Every product code.

5) Knowledge of SAP Entry and need to reconcile report from SAP.

6) Need to Run MRP (material requirements plan) weekly basis.

7) Reports all issues to your reporting manager immediately if it’s affecting any time line like dispatch or production.

**Education Qualification**:Graduate any stream (B. Com will be preferable)
