**Job Title: International Voice Process Executive**
**Job Summary**:We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an International Voice Process Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with customers from around the world, addressing their inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your excellent communication skills and ability to handle complex situations will be essential in delivering exceptional service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle international customer calls with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.
- Listen actively and understand customers' needs, inquiries, and concerns.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues, product usage, and service-related concerns.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, service protocols, and communication techniques.
- Meet performance metrics and targets related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in an international voice process.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and neutral accent.
- Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Adaptability to changing processes and technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
