**Job Details-**

**Position Title**:

- Executive, Purchase

**Location**:Noida, Sector-3

**Work Experience**:

- Min.3 years of experience in Purchase Function

**Education Required**: B.tech\BE

Excellent communication skill is mandatory

**Primary Job Responsibilities**:
1. Maintain records of goods ordered and received. To validate the current vendor base & ultimately build a robust Vendor base.

2. To streamline the purchase system for smooth flow of materials for the plants, cutting down the production losses due to material shortages & also to have optimum inventory levels.

3. To have a tight control on purchase price & effectively implement budgeted cost Reduction targets.

4. Sending invoice, packing list & B/L or AWB etc. to CHA and co-coordinating with them for timely clearance. Coordination with Shipping lines, Airlines, CHA, Freight forwarders and Transporters.

5. Forecasting levels of demand for products to meet business needs; developing the organization's procurement plan.

6. To build a reputation for the Purchase Department. By having a smooth & clean Company-Vendor relationship.

7. Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine quality product availability and terms of sales.

8. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.

9. Monthly/ Annually giving MIS Report to the Management.
