- Passionate about learning and implementing Scrum, Kanban, Lean Thinking, LeanStartup, eXtreme Programming, SAFe, LeSS,etc.
- Prepare and present reports on the progress and success. Excellent on Reports and Dashboards withJira.
- Using of facilitation techniques on ground forScrum Events
- Motivate and coach team for continuous improvements towards consistent deliveryof working software eachSprint
- Willing to support, provide assistance, and mentor other SMs and teams based on previous experiences
- Foster continuous improvement and self-management in the team.
- Coach and Mentor Teams to adopt the Growth Mindset and influence the Culture
- Coordinate Sprint ceremonies -Daily Standups, Scrum events,Sprint Demo andRetrospectives
- WorkwithProductOwnertodevelop,groomandprioritizethebacklog;ensuringahealthy productbacklog
- Collaborate between Product owners and the Developmentteam.
- Remove any impediments that would prevent the delivery team to achieve its Sprintgoals
- Ability to coordinate with multiple Agile and non-Agile teams to deliver largeinitiatives
- Maintain Sprint artifacts and metrics including: velocity/progress and teamperformance, issues and risks, and handle communication with internal and externalstakeholders.
- You will work within a team, engaging with Product Owners, Delivery managers, and team members to help build and reinforce the Agile mindset and to embed Agile principles in the day to day work. Examples include: ensuring cross-functional collaboration; ensuring key stakeholders are engaging as needed; establishing the MVP mindset and approach; checking that backlogs are being prioritized using value-focused KPIs as criteria, etc.
- Suggestions for relentless improvement and contribution to the Agile Community of Practice.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, about 8 -10 years of overall IT experience, 3 -5 years’ experienceworkingwith Agile projects out of which 1 -2 years’ experience is in the Scrum Master role.
- Certification in Agile (Scrum) methodologies is preferred (CSM, A-CSM, PSM-I, PSM-II, PMI-ACP)

Qualifications:
**Required Skills**:

- A solid understanding of Agile values and principles with an experience of working with distributed teamsto continue to improve through coaching and teamwork
- Good time management and prioritization skill
- Ability to work with and build new Agile teams as well as strengthen existing Agileteams
- Conversant in Lean, XP, Kanban, Continuous Integration and other Agilemethodologies
- Experience using tools like Jira andConfluence
- Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflictresolution, continual improvement, and teamempowerment.
- Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
