**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit prospective clients to promote and explain software development services (web/app/ERP/CRM solutions).
- Generate new leads through field activities, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, demos, and presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, inquiries, and sales activities.
- Provide timely feedback and updates on client requirements and market conditions to management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales/marketing (experience in IT/software industry is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory/ area.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
