**Position Overview**: An Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support business decision-making. The role involves preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and ensuring the organization's financial health.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- **General Ledger Management**:

- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and properly classified.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and report variances to management.
- **Tax Compliance**:

- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Stay updated on tax laws and provide guidance on tax planning and strategies.
- **Audit Preparation**:

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Prepare necessary documentation and respond to audit inquiries.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
- Proven one year experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
