**Key Responsibilities**:
**Program Implementation**:Oversee the planning and execution of the MSME ZED program in the designated region.
Coordinate awareness campaigns, workshops, and training sessions to promote the program among local MSMEs.
Work with assessment agencies to facilitate assessments and evaluations of participating MSMEs.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:Collaborate with government authorities, industry associations, and business support organizations to create a supportive ecosystem for the program.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met.

**Assessment and Certification**:Conduct assessments of MSMEs seeking ZED certification to evaluate their adherence to quality and environmental standards.
Provide guidance and support to MSMEs to help them meet ZED program requirements.
Assist in the certification process and help MSMEs prepare the necessary documentation.

**Capacity Building**:Organize training sessions and capacity-building programs for MSMEs to enhance their knowledge and understanding of quality and environmental management.

**Monitoring and Reporting**:Regularly monitor and evaluate the progress of the MSME ZED program within the region.
Prepare reports on the program's impact, challenges, and areas for improvement.

**Resource Allocation**:Manage program resources efficiently, including budgeting, personnel, and equipment.

**Promotion and Marketing**:Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase the participation of local MSMEs in the ZED program.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, management, environmental sciences, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Knowledge of quality management systems, environmental sustainability, and MSME development.
- Previous experience in program coordination, project management, or similar roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of government policies and initiatives related to MSMEs.

**Additional Information**:
This role may require frequent travel within the designated region. The MSME ZED Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in promoting quality, sustainability, and the competitiveness of local MSMEs, contributing to economic growth and environmental responsibility.

**Salary**: ₹10,161.05 - ₹45,155.68 per month
