**Job Title**: Chief Security Officer

**Department**: Top Guard KICL
**Location**: Nungambakkam
**Experience Required**: 10 to 15 Years in Security Industry Management

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**1. Leadership & Growth of the Security Division**
- Oversee and manage Top Guard Industrial Security Force across all deployments.
- Develop strategic plans to expand security operations and increase client base.
- Set growth targets:

- First 6 months: Secure new contracts for the deployment of at least 250 additional guards.
- Subsequent period: Continue expansion by progressively increasing deployments and acquiring new clients.
- Establish business development strategies to attract new corporate clients and security contracts.

**2. Guard Deployment & Operations**
- Supervise the deployment of security personnel across all client sites and KICL properties.
- Ensure optimal placement and utilization of security staff based on risk assessment and client needs.
- Conduct site inspections and security audits to maintain service quality.

**3. Discipline & Performance Monitoring**
- Enforce strict discipline protocols among security personnel.
- Conduct weekly security parades & training drills to instill professionalism and physical readiness.
- Ensure security staff adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), punctuality, and regulations.

**4. Compliance & Risk Management**
- Ensure adherence to private security laws and industry regulations.
- Conduct periodic risk assessments and threat analysis for client premises.
- Establish emergency response protocols and oversee crisis management procedures.

**5. Client Relations & Service Excellence**
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure service satisfaction.
- Address and resolve security-related grievances efficiently.
- Work towards obtaining long-term security contracts and premium service agreements with clients

**6. Recruitment & Training**
- Oversee the recruitment of security personnel to meet expansion goals.
- Implement continuous training programs on:

- Emergency response procedures
- Crowd control and incident management
- Fire safety and first aid
- Access control & surveillance monitoring
- Introduce performance appraisal systems for security personnel.

**7. Technology & Security Infrastructure**
- Evaluate and implement modern security technologies such as CCTV surveillance, biometric access controls, and patrol tracking systems.
- Coordinate with management to enhance security infrastructure at KICL and client locations.

**8. Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain detailed reports on security operations, incidents, and risk assessments.
- Provide weekly and monthly updates on security performance, deployment numbers, and client feedback.
- Ensure timely submission of security compliance reports to management.

**9. Expected Outcomes & Performance Metrics**:

- Expansion of security personnel deployments as per the defined targets.
- Zero tolerance for security lapses - all incidents must be addressed swiftly.
- High client retention & satisfaction through efficient security management.
- Implementation of modern security measures to enhance operational effectiveness.

Pay: ₹13,156.45 - ₹40,266.91 per month
